Emerald, an intense green precious stone, naturally presents a large number and variety of inclusions (bubbles, crystals, etc.) called “emerald garden” which make it unique. There is no such thing as a pure emerald and its provenance can be determined by its inclusions. The most important modern deposits are located in Colombia and Zambia. It has always been used in the manufacture of exceptional jewelry.
